Another new house! How exciting! This is a brick front beauty, with a really gorgeous raised bath in the master bathroom. It’s a two bedroom house with an office that can be changed to a third bedroom if desired. It has a dog house out back, a pet bed in the hallway, a good sized garden and three fruit trees. Also, a nice looking pool, and the kitchen is awesome. This house came from a floor plan, so I can’t take credit for the layout, but the house came out lovely, if I do say so myself. It has been play tested, and appropriate changes were made.

For this house, you can download the lavishly furnished and landscaped house you see in the pics, or you can download an exact double that is not furnished or landscaped. In the unfurnished house, the kitchen and bath are outfitted, but not decorated, and each room has a cheap piece of furniture tossed in to show what the room was intended to be. However, you use them for whatever you wish!

No custom content, no hacks, and no sims inside.
UNI, NL, OFB, PETs, SEA and BV needed.
$161,608 furnished and landscaped.
$53,375 unfurnished, but more affordable.

DeMorne Mansion

Had surgery on my foot yesterday. It went well. However I am confined to the couch or bed for the next couple weeks. So, what to do? Build sim houses, of course.

16 year old daughter, Daisy, requested this house. She wanted a two story house, huge, lots of windows, 3 bedrooms, a place for a very rich sim to raise his daughter. It is for a story she’s working on. Below is what I came up with. I don’t know how useful this house will be for your average sim, as it’s nearly 250,000 simoleans to move in. Steep price, that, lots of motherlodes! :)

You only need the base game and Nightlife to use this house.

1274 Willow Plaza

I did say there would be a house soon, didn’t I? :)

1274 Willow Plaza is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath luxury house. It has a bonus room that is currently set up as a game room, but you can change it to another bedroom, office, music room, whatever-tickles-your-fancy room. It has a kitchen/dining room combo, a large entry way, and a spacious living room downstairs. The entire second floor is a master suite with access to a private balcony that has a hot tub and small seating area. Aside from the upstairs balcony, it has large front and back decks on the first floor. The front of the house is moderately landscaped, the rest of the landscaping is up to your Sims.

I really didn’t plan to furnish this house, but somehow I got carried away … it is fully furnished.

This house has been play tested by my tester Sim for two seasons. One thing that bugs me is when my Sim cooks, she carries her plate all the way outside to a table on the deck rather than eat in the dining room. I don’t know why that is. If it bothers you too, just delete or maybe move that table.

486 Mouse Ln – by request – anonymeese

anonymeese requested a house for her well-established legacy family. Well-established meaning there was no budgetary concerns to get in the way, lol. She asked for a 4 bedroom house … 2 kids, a master bedroom for the parents, and a master bedroom for the grandparents. She wanted a nursery on the ground floor, and room outside for toys and a graveyard. Furnished or unfurnished as I wished.

You need UNI, NL, OFB and Pets to use this house. There is no custom content and no hacks. This house HAS NOT been play tested! I did put a sim in the house when I was building to run her up the stairs to make sure they work. They did, so I moved her back out.

Anyway, here is what I came up with …

100 Leftover Lane

As with my previous houses, you need UNI, NL, and OFB to use this lot. It is built with no hacks and no custom content, no sims living in the house, this house has been play tested, but only for a few sim days, it has NOT been gardener tested.

I built this to house the surplus offspring from my favorite sim. Her LTW was to marry off 6 kids, which she did. I only planned to actually play 2 of her kids, so that gave me 4 “leftovers: and their spouses. I couldn’t just put them in the sim bin however, because I needed to be able to invite them over, and the other sins in the ‘hood needed to keep their relationship scores up with them.

So, I built a large luxury house for the leftovers to live in, even though they aren’t played. Sure, I could have just stuck ‘em on an empty lot with a phone, but who knows what they get up to when we don’t play them? LOL. I wanted them to be comfortable.

This house features 4 master suites with bathrooms and sitting areas. There is a large kitchen and dining room downstairs as well as a comfortably furnished living room and a work out room. Upstairs is a combo music and game room.

Outside there are large porches, a BBQ area, pool and hot tub, and a garage with a van. Not much room for expansion, but it can be done. It is extensively landscaped. I play tested this game in another account with the “always great gardens” hack, or whatever it’s called, so I do not know if the gardener will get along with the landscaping.

The house is expensive at $243,870 – use motherlode or wait to move your sims into it on the third or fourth generation when they’ve had a chance to build up a solid bank account.

10857 Begger’s Blvd

As with my previous houses, you need UNI, NL, and OFB to use this lot. It is built with no hacks and no custom content, no sims living in the house, NOT play tested.

10857 Begger’s Blvd is a small, fully furnished two bedroom 2 bath house built on a 40×50 lot. Perfect for your sim family that has outgrown it’s starter house. The house sleeps 4, has a small kitchen with a dining area to one side, and a small living room. You will find items to build all 7 skills. Outside there is minimal landscaping, and a driveway, but no car. There is plenty of room outside to expand the house, and/or build a pool. This house is a steal of a deal at $61,536. If this is too pricey for your sims, place the house in your neighborhood, then remove some of the decorative items and non-essential furniture to get the price down, before you move your sims in.

11207 Arrow Drive

As with my previous houses, you need UNI, NL, and OFB to use this lot. It is built with no hacks and no custom content, no sims living in the house, NOT play tested.

11207 Arrow Drive is a modest house built on a 50×30 lot. It has two bedrooms, the master bedroom is a suite complete with bathroom nursery, and exclusive access to the outdoor hottub. The house has 2 bathrooms and sleeps 4, not counting the nursery. There is a kitchen/dining room combo and a great room with a study area, sitting room and a small desk off to the side. It is completely furnished (complete with items to build all 7 skills) and landscaped complete with swimming pool, work out area and a swing for the young and young at heart. There is a carport, but no car. There is room to expand on the first floor, or you can add a second floor. The house sells for $77,379, but if that is too rich for your sims, remove some of the furnishings to make it cheaper, then replace them over time.

3348 Dogson Ave

As with my previous houses, you need UNI, NL, and OFB to use this lot. It is built with no hacks and no custom content, no sims living in the house, play tested but only for a couple sim-days.

3348 Dogson Ave is a large house built on a 30×40 lot. Big enough for 6 (or more) sims, but hopefully not so big it will make your game lag. It features 3 bedrooms, including a master suite with built-in nursery, 4 baths, kitchen, dining room, study, living room, work out/game room, music room and carport, but no car. It is fully and richly furnished and landscaped, and you will find items to build all 7 skills inside. The house sells for $122,715. If that is too rich for your sims, you can place the lot in your neighborhood, then remove all but the essential furnishings. Replace the furniture over time as your sims make more money. I do not know how much the house will sell for without all the fancy furniture, but it will be much less.
